MOBILEMAN D3 IN DETAIL
The MOBILEMAN D3 is a variable and configurable logistics system, developed by GB Machines from Schloß Holte. The comprehensive modular system for the skip configuration makes it possible to adapt the structure exactly to the customer's needs.
The total volume is 25, 30 or 50 m3. The binder chamber has a volume of 6 to 15 m3 and can also be divided in itself to create a three-chamber system, thus ensuring maximum flexibility. Injection systems for binder and aggregate are available so that the appropriate materials can also be reloaded on the construction site.

The new Hatz 4-cylinder engine gives your MOBILEMAN the power it needs on the construction site.
At the rear of the MOBILEMAN D3 is a protected control cabinet made of stainless steel. This is the control center for all functions and inputs.
MODERN SERVICE
Thanks to the latest web application, you are always able to call up technical information and thus know what is happening on the machine at all times. This not only facilitates remote maintenance, but you also always know what is happening on your construction site. In addition to the usual functions such as GPS tracking or theft protection, you now have full control over your system.
Any errors that occur can be solved quickly and easily by our experienced telephone support. Not only does this save a lot of time, but your employees are never completely on their own.
POWERFUL
The Hatz engine installed in the MOBILEMAN provides you with a reliable and powerful partner on the construction site.
Here, special emphasis was placed on the qualitative value of the engine. The innovative design and the continuous development clearly speak for this power unit.
A pioneering downsizing approach was adopted, making the engine the most compact and lightest in its class. Furthermore, the engine complies with the latest 3B emissions standard.
EFFECTIVE

Thanks to our USB interface for data transfer and the optional remote function, it is possible to view the current material consumption at any time and to plan further raw material deliveries more efficiently. As the system is fully automatic, it is possible to use the human resources in a most efficient way. As a result of the fact that the residual quantities of raw materials remain in the vehicle at the end of the construction site and can be used on the following construction site, material losses are reduced in the long term.

MIXING & CONVEYING SYSTEM
Before conveying, the building materials are mixed and weighed according to your pre-stored recipe. This way you always get the same mixing ratio.
ADDITION CHAMBER
The total hopper is available in a 25 m³ and 30 m³ version. The volume of the aggregate chamber depends on the choice of the binder chamber.
POWERPACK
The Powerpack contains the technical drive components of the MOBILEMAN. The powerful engine, the hydraulics, a possible generator and the diesel tanks are housed here.
METERING SCREW
Here you can choose between a metering screw or a conveyor belt, so that e.g. polystyrene can also be metered. The extension of the dosing screw serves for effortless emptying.
SUPPORT
For a stable and safe stand during processing and conveying of the material, the MOBILEMAN is equipped with hydraulically extendable supports.
BINDER CHAMBER
The binder chamber can be selected with a size of 6 - 15 m³, depending on the version. In addition, it can also be divided in order to be able to transport two different binders.
HOSE REEL
Also integrated in the Powerpack is the hydraulic hose reel, on which up to 120 m of mortar hose can be rolled up and transported.
CONTROL
The control housing is made of stainless steel. It houses the programmable controller and all interfaces for synchronization.
AIR-SUSPENDED AXLE
For general driving stability, we have equipped the MOBILEMAN D3 with 3 air-suspended axles. This not only increases safety, but also allows for a more comfortable ride. The first axle is a lift axle to minimize wear. The second is a rigid axle. The third is a self-steering axle, which results in improved steering.
SIDE BOXES
The high-quality aluminum louvered door is a visual eye-catcher. The side boxes offer plenty of space for accessories and other items that need to be stored safely.
