MOBILEMAN D5 IN DETAIL
The MOBILEMAN D5 is a mobile logistics system for processing conventional screed. Here, screed sand is mixed with a binder, usually cement, and conveyed to the destination. Due to the earth-moist consistency of the screed, the material cannot be pumped permanently. This is where plug conveying comes into play, using compressed air to convey the material up to 200 meters. The advantages of this method are the low cost and ease of processing the material. By adding admixtures, the curing time can be easily regulated.
Hatz 4H50TIC 4-cylinder
The new Hatz 4-cylinder engine gives your MOBILEMAN the power it needs on the job site.
At the rear of the MOBILEMAN D5 is a protected control cabinet made of stainless steel. This is the control center for all functions and inputs.
CONVEYANCE
Conventional screed is conveyed by means of plug conveying. With this
method, the material is conveyed to its destination by means of compressed air.
The compressor installed by Atlas Copco is so powerful that it is also possible to pump the material vertically.
can be pumped. With a capacity of up to 5.2 m3 per minute at max. 8 bar, you can reach even the most remote construction sites without any
problems. This increases your efficiency and boosts your yield.
POWERFUL
The Hatz engine installed in the MOBILEMAN gives you a reliable and powerful partner on the construction site.
construction site.
Here, special emphasis was placed on the qualitative value of the engine. The innovative design and the ever
further development speak clearly for this aggregate.
A pioneering downsizing approach was pursued, making the engine the most compact and lightest in its class.
in its class. Furthermore, the engine complies with the latest 3B emissions standard.
EFFECTIVE
Costs and benefits are the focus of the MOBILEMAN D5.
With our USB interface for data transfer and the optional remote function, it is possible at any time to see the current
current material consumption and to plan further raw material deliveries more efficiently. Since the system is
fully automatic, it is possible to use the personnel resources most efficiently. As a result of this
residual quantities of raw materials remain in the vehicle at the end of the construction site and can be used on the following construction site, material losses are reduced in the long term.

Engine / Compressor: 4-cylinder Hatz / Atlas Copco
Mixing tank: 265 liters
Sand chamber: total volume approx. 25 m³
Binding agent chamber: volume approx. 6-15 m³
Tank capacity (diesel): 110 liters
Chassis: 3 air-suspended axles
Weight: approx. 10 t depending on version
dimensions (LxWxH) in mm: 10.600 x 2.520 x 3.250
MIXING BOILER
The boiler has a net volume of 200 l and is automatically opened and closed by means of a hydraulic rotary flap. The boiler can be optionally stored on three weighing points to further improve the accuracy of dosing.
ADDITION CHAMBER
The total hopper is available in a 25 m³ and 30 m³ version. The volume of the aggregate chamber depends on the choice of the binder chamber.
HOSE REEL
Also integrated in the Powerpack is the hydraulic hose reel, on which up to 120 m of mortar hose can be rolled up and transported.
POWERPACK
The Powerpack contains the technical drive components of the MOBILEMAN. Here are the powerful Hatz engine, the hydraulics, a possible generator and the diesel tanks. Also in the Powerpack is the ATLAS COPCO brand compressor.
DOSING UNIT
The binder is dosed into the boiler by means of a left- and right-handed dosing screw. The aggregate is also fed by means of a dosing screw. Optionally, the dosing can also be done by means of a scale.
SUPPORT
For a stable and safe stand during processing and conveying of the material, the MOBILEMAN is equipped with extendable supports.
BINDER CHAMBER
The binder chamber can be selected with a size of 6 - 15 m³, depending on the version. In addition, it can also be divided in order to be able to transport two different binders.
CONTROL
The control housing is made of stainless steel. It contains the programmable controller and all interfaces for synchronization.
AIR-SUSPENDED AXLE
For general driving stability, we have equipped the MOBILEMAN D3 with 3 air-suspended axles. This not only increases safety, but also allows for a more comfortable ride. The first axle is a lift axle to minimize wear. The second is a rigid axle. The third is a live axle, which results in improved 46 control.
SIDE BOXES
The high-quality aluminum louvered door is a visual eye-catcher. The side boxes provide plenty of space for accessories and other items that should be stored in a protected manner.
The GB MOBILEMAN D5 is an extremely efficient and robust mobile logistics system specially designed for processing cement screed and related moist compounds with screed sand. Since earth-moist screed of this composition cannot be pumped continuously, conveying with compressed air is used. The MOBILEMAN D5 as a mobile logistics system makes it possible to convey cement screed by plug conveying up to 200 m in a cost-saving and convenient way. In addition, with the help of this technically mature system, it is flexibly possible to control the time required for the hardening of the screed in a targeted manner by means of admixtures. Thanks to these technical specifications implemented by us in the GB MOBILEMAN D5, it is possible to reliably transport conventional cement screed to its destination for further processing. Our mobile logistics system, precisely designed for this purpose, represents a great simplification as well as savings in costs and time when laying earth-moist screed. Mobile logistics system for cement screed with high-quality compressor and Hatz motor Our modern mobile logistics system for classic cement screed is characterized by a technically high-quality compressor and extremely powerful motor. The Atlas Copco compressor installed in the system is extremely powerful and allows pumping vertically and to distant construction sites. This is ensured by the compressor's impressive output of 5.2 m3 per minute at a maximum of 8 bar. This significantly increases economic efficiency. The motor installed in the GB MOBILEMAN D5 also proves to be a real powerhouse when conveying screed. We deliberately chose a high-quality, high-performance motor from Hatz. We were convinced by the engine's technically mature and forward-looking design as well as the balanced ratio of lightness and compactness with downsizing effect. It goes without saying that the Hatz engine installed in the GB MOBILEMAN D5 meets all the requirements of the new 3B emissions standard. Conveying and processing classic screed fully automatically and cost-saving Economic benefits and maximum efficiency are promoted in a targeted and solution-oriented manner in our mobile logistics system for classic cement screed fully automatically via USB interface for data transmission and optional remote function. Thus, the current consumption of material can be viewed at any time and necessary deliveries of raw materials for the screed as well as personnel resources can be planned in a targeted and cost-minimizing manner. The loss of material is reduced to a minimum, since residual quantities are not lost after completion of the screed work on the construction site and can be transported in the vehicle to the next construction site. Thus, our GB MOBILEMAN D5 as a mobile logistics system for classic screed facilitates and accelerates work, conserves material, reduces costs and increases your profit.
