MOBILEMAN D3L IN DETAIL - horizontal system

The MOBILEMAN D3L is a variable and configurable logistic system, developed by GB Machines from Schloß Holte. The extensive modularity of the skip configuration allows the structure to be adapted exactly to the customer's needs.

With an overall length of only 11,300 mm, the horizontal system is a compact and powerful logistics system.  In addition to the tarpaulin, which can be completely opened at the side, the upper canopy can be operated electrically and enables convenient loading of the system.

MODERN SERVICE - PRACTICAL HANDLING

In addition to a 2500 liter water tank, which is located on the side behind the tarpaulin, the MOBIELMAN D3L has a variably configurable storage box. The customer decides himself if he wants to equip it with roller blind, doors, flaps or with drawer.

At the rear, the screed hose is located on a hydraulically driven hose reel. This can be controlled by remote control and can be turned into the respective position depending on the working position.

Hatz 4H50TIC 4-cylinder - EU STAGE V

The new MOBILEMAN D3L is powered by a 4-cylinder Hatz diesel engine and is equipped with a particulate filter. The system works with hydraulic pumps, which are driven by the engine. As a result, diesel consumption is reduced compared to similar machines.

The Hatz engine installed in the MOBILEMAN provides you with a reliable and powerful partner on the construction site.

Special emphasis was placed on the quality of the engine. The innovative design and the continuous development clearly speak for this unit. Equipped with a new particle filter and built according to the downsizing approach, the Hatz engine embodies the combination of compactness and performance. Furthermore, the engine complies with the latest EU Stage V emission standard.

MOBILEMAN D3L - SHORTER, LOWER AND LIGHTER

Costs and benefits are the focus of the MOBILEMAN D3L. The aluminum body makes the MOBILEMAN D3L one of the lightest in its class. Thanks to the redesigned binder and sand chamber, the MOBILEMAN D3L achieves a comparatively high net load, despite its low height and short overall length. These factors make the MOBILEMAN D3L a very compact and powerful horizontal logistics system.

HOSE REEL

Hydraulically driven hose reel with a maximum of 100 meters of divisible hose, unwindable and rewindable via the supplied remote control.

BINDER CHAMBER

The binder chamber can be selected with a size of 6 - 15 m³ depending on the design. The chamber can be divided structurally every 0.5m, which allows division steps in approx. 5m³ intervals.

ADD-ON CHAMBER

The total trough is available in a 25m³ and 30 m³ version. When processing polystyrene, the total volume can even be 40 m³. The volume of the aggregate chamber depends on the choice of the binder chamber.

COVER

The automatic canopy is opened and closed by means of the internal control system. This enables the user to load the machine very easily.

POWERPACK - HATZ ENGINE

MIXING & CONVEYING SYSTEM

The mixing hopper has a useful volume of 400l, which is transferred to the 600l conveying hopper by an automatic rotary flap.

CONTROL

The control box is located on the side of the rear of the MOBILEMAN and is well protected from external influences by a sturdy flap.

STEERING AXLES - LIFT AXLES

The two rear axles are self-steering axles. The third axle is a lift axle, which can be tightened to reduce wear.

SIDE BOXES

The MOBIELMAN has a variably configurable dust box. The customer decides himself if he wants to equip it with roller blind, doors, flaps or with drawer.
