New application possibilities thanks to horizontal system
The MOBILEMAN remains horizontal and is not tilted during the entire construction site operation and screed production. This has various advantages: On the one hand, it allows work in large industrial halls, under bridges or on other construction sites that are otherwise difficult to access. Secondly, this machine can be used safely on slopes or other uneven ground surfaces, as the logistics system does not have to be tilted. This means that supporting the machine for a stable and safe stand is no longer necessary and is no longer required. The horizontal system opens up new job sites and locations for GB Machines' customers that would have been unthinkable before.
Effective and cost-efficient
Costs and benefits are also clearly in focus with the MOBILEMAN D5L. Thanks to the integrated USB interface for data transfer and the optional online remote function, it is possible for our customers to view the current material consumption at any time and to efficiently plan further raw material deliveries. Since the system is fully automatic, it is possible to use the personnel resources most efficiently. Furthermore, the remaining quantities of the raw materials used remain in the vehicle at the end of the construction site and can thus be used on the next construction site. This means that production resources are used efficiently and can be applied right to the end. Material losses are thus a thing of the past and raw material costs can be significantly reduced.
Fully automated for consistently high cement screed quality
Thanks to the fully automated logistics system, sand, cement, water and admixtures are automatically metered, mixed and conveyed. Before conveying, the building materials are mixed and weighed according to the customer's pre-stored recipe. This ensures that the mixing ratio is always the same, and the exact metering of the materials ensures a consistent, high-quality cement screed.
Variable and configurable system
High-quality and efficient work is high on the agenda at GB Machines. That's why the screed machine manufacturer from Schloss Holte also offers its customers individual machines, specially adapted to the customer's needs. Of course, this is again possible with the MOBILEMAN D5L, which can be configured to the customer's special construction site requirements after expert and extensive consultation.
Hatz 4H50TIC 4-cylinder - EU STAGE V
The new MOBILEMAN D3L is powered by a 4-cylinder Hatz diesel engine and is equipped with a particulate filter. The system works with hydraulic pumps, which are driven by the engine. As a result, diesel consumption is reduced compared to similar machines.
The Hatz engine installed in the MOBILEMAN provides you with a reliable and powerful partner on the construction site.
Special emphasis was placed on the quality of the engine. The innovative design and the continuous development clearly speak for this unit. Equipped with a new particle filter and built according to the downsizing approach, the Hatz engine embodies the combination of compactness and performance. Furthermore, the engine complies with the latest EU Stage V emission standard.
MOBILEMAN D5L - SHORTER, LOWER AND LIGHTER
Costs and benefits are the focus of the MOBILEMAN D5L. The aluminum body makes the MOBILEMAN D5L one of the lightest in its class. Thanks to the redesigned binder and sand chamber, the MOBILEMAN D5L achieves a comparatively high net load, despite its low height and short overall length. These factors make the MOBILEMAN D5L a very compact and powerful horizontal logistics system.

COVER
The canopy is opened and closed fully automatically by operating a switch, which is located underneath the protective tarpaulin. This allows easy loading of the raw materials.
BINDER CHAMBER
The binder chamber can be selected with a size of 6 - 15 m³ depending on the design. The chamber can be subdivided every 0.5 m, which enables division steps in approx. 5 m³ intervals.
ADDITION CHAMBER
The total trough is available in a 32 m³ version. When processing polystyrene, the total volume can even be 40 m³. The volume of the aggregate chamber depends on the choice of the binder chamber.
ALUMINUM TROUGH
Thanks to the lightweight aluminum skip made by Kempf, the MOBILEMAN has a low dead weight, which allows a higher payload.
HOSE REEL
The hose reel is located at the rear of the MOBILEMAN D5L and can be loaded with a maximum of 100m of hose. The rewinding and unwinding is hydraulically controlled by the remote control.
MIXING TANK
The boiler has a net volume of 200 l and is automatically opened and closed by means of a hydraulic rotary flap. The boiler can be optionally stored on three weighing points to further improve the accuracy of dosing.
POWERPACK - HATZ ENGINE
Equipped with a new particulate filter and built according to the downsizing approach, the Hatz engine embodies the combination of compactness and power. Furthermore, the engine complies with the latest EU Stage V emission standard combined with very low fuel consumption.
SIDE BOXES
The MOBIELMAN is equipped with a variably configurable stowage box. The customer decides himself if he wants to equip it with roller blind, doors, flaps or with drawer.
STEERING AXLES
To increase maneuverability, the MOBILEMAN is equipped with two self-steering axles. The third axle is a lift axle, which can be tightened when unloaded.
